The website contains publicly available text, graphics, audio and audiovisual content, which you can access free of charge and anonymously, i.e. without the need to provide your personal data.

Some content is available only to newsletter subscribers. However, if for some reason you do not want to subscribe to the newsletter, please contact me individually, and I will provide you with this content without subscribing to the newsletter.

Browsing the publicly available content of the blog and website requires access to the Internet and a device with software that allows you to browse the content of the Internet.

Shopping in the Store

Through this website, you can purchase templates in the form of digital files for self-use. Purchase of selected documents takes place by using the “Buy now” button and filling out the order form. The order requires providing personal data necessary to process the order and accepting the regulations that you are reading.

Paying the order leads to the conclusion of a contract with me for the supply of digital content in the form of document templates that are the subject of the order.

You will receive the invoice documenting the purchase in electronic form to the e-mail address provided in the order form.

Remember that the purchased electronic files are only templates intended for independent use and require adaptation to your individual situation.

In the case of website templates, my obligation is only to deliver the purchased electronic files to you, which is done by sending to the e-mail address provided in the order with links allowing you to download files. Links are valid for 24 hours after they’re made available to you.

As part of the concluded contract for the supply of digital content, I am obliged to provide consultations related to the purchased templates within 3 months of the purchase. However, I try to answer minor questions just to be polite. If you need further help, you can always use the theme customization service.

Product Descriptions

We strive to describe and display the Service and Shop Products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, pricing and descriptions may contain errors that will be corrected from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listed.

Copyrights

The copyrights to the content on the website, content available to newsletter subscribers and digital products sold via the website belong to us or to entities cooperating with us. Using this content in violation of the rules of these regulations or the copyright law may result in civil or criminal liability.

Order Confirmation

After we have received your payment, your product information and download link (if applicable) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This typically happens within 5 minutes, but make take up to 24 hours. Please make sure to check the spam folder.

In some cases, you will be redirected to the download page automatically.

If you do not receive the confirmation email or there is an error, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of my products (digital products delivered before the withdrawal period), by purchasing templates from my store, you consent to the waiver of the statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

In the case of services (products other than instant download, such as theme installation, theme customization or an upgrade), withdrawal from the contract is possible, provided that I have not yet started their implementation. Once the works have started, it is not possible to obtain a refund for the service.

Our top priority is that you’re satisfied and happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about your theme or the installation / setup process, our support team is here to help! Feel free to submit a support ticket anytime.

Refusal of Service

The Services and Shop products that are offered are subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

Template Compatibility

Our themes are compatible only with Squarespace 7.1. To make them work, you need a valid Squarespace subscription. They are not compatible with any other builder.

Third-Party Plugins

MartaLebre.com does not provide support for any third-party plugins, including those used in theme demos. For plugin-related issues, please contact the plugin developer to receive support.

While our themes are compatible with most plugins, we cannot guarantee all plugins or combinations of plugins will be compatible.

The only page builder we support is Squarespace. We do not support any other third-party page builder plugins.

Template License

Our themes can be installed on an unlimited number of websites for PERSONAL USE. Personal Use refers to sites that you personally own / operate, including business websites. For example, you could have a personal blog, a business website, and a second business website – all using the same license.

When you purchase digital products through MartaLebre.com, you can use them for your business website.

You may not share purchased digital products with third parties.

You can use the purchased digital products for any number of your own projects, as long as they are your own projects and not those of other entities or individuals.

You may use the digital products you have purchased, within the limits described above, without identifying the copyright holder of the content, but you may not introduce yourself as that entity.

You may not build and resell products or digital content from digital products you have purchased from us.

If you are a web designer and are installing the theme on a client’s website, you will either need to purchase a second license, or your client needs to purchase their own license. In case of purchases by a designer for the client, you’ll be responsible to offer them support. If your clients want to receive support from MartaLebre.com, they must purchase their own license.

You are allowed to add your Copyright in footer credits.

Support

We provide support for theme installation & setup to ensure that all themes’ features are working as advertised and as shown in the DEMO site.

Our support doesn’t cover:

Theme customizations or modifications (including CSS, HTML, PHP and JS) – they can be purchased as a separate service.
Themes we didn’t create.
Third-party plugins – in case of plugins, any issues should be solved with their respective authors.
Issues arising from user modifications to the theme’s code, styling or functionality.
Hosting configuration – these issues must be raised with your hosting provider.
Hosting errors (500, 501, 502, 503, 504, etc.) – there may be a plethora of causes of these errors. The best way to solve them is by contacting your hosting provider or googling the particular error number.

Images shown in theme demos are for demo purposes only. The images used in our Squarespace Templates come from free stock photos banks – Unsplash.com and Pexels.com Any use of these images is subject to their respective terms & conditions.

Third-Party Resources

The Site and the Service contain links to third-party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third-party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with MartaLebre.com. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.

Warranty

All MartaLebre.com’s Squarespace templates are guaranteed to function on a new Squarespace subscription. If you modify the CSS or add custom code injection, we cannot guarantee the theme will work as expected, and we are not responsible for errors resulting from such changes. We cannot guarantee the theme with work with all third-party components, plugins, or browsers.

Complaints

We are obliged to provide you with digital products free from defects.

If you find a defect in the purchased digital products, you can use the rights resulting from the warranty for defects in the sold item.

You can also make a complaint about the blog or its features. Just write to me at support (@) martalebre.com.

We respond to each complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

If you conclude a contract with me not directly related to your business or professional activity, you can use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress.

Personal Data

If you provide us with your personal data, Marta Stebnicka-Lebre is their administrator within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection.

The website uses cookies technology.

Details related to the processing of personal data and cookies are described in the privacy policy.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the Republic of Poland as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in Poland. In case of any disputes connected to the Contract, the court of jurisdiction is Warsaw, Poland.

Terms Changes

I can modify these regulations for important reasons such as legal, technological or business changes. Agreements concluded before the amendment to the regulations shall be governed by the regulations in the wording in force at the time of concluding the agreement.

The regulations in the current version are valid from Apr 8, 2025.
